Minister & Founder
Minister Tracy Norman-Palmer is a native of Edenton, North Carolina. She is the wife to James W. Palmer, the mother to Tykeishia, Tavonia, James and Jayvon; and a Nana to 4 precious grandkids; whom she adores dearly. Tracy has devoted her life to Christ in true worship, prayer, fasting, and practicing strong faith, and her family. She desires to be used to motivate, inspire, uplift, encourage, and empower all of God's people, particularly young women inspiring to grow closer to Christ and walk in their divine purpose. Minister Palmer says, "she wants to be the woman to the females today, that she needed when she was growing up".
In March of 2006 Tracy decided to give her life to Christ while she was in a very low place. She realized everything she had been trying did not work for her. She started seeking the Lord by praying, repenting, fasting, and studying her word. She has been walking with Christ ever since. Though, trials, tribulations, test, sickness, and trouble still came against her, she has a different way of dealing with this thing called “Life”, The weapons may form, but with prayer they will not prosper. Through everything she has gone through God allowed her to be VICTORIOUS and not the VICTIM, to OVERCOME and not SUCCUMB. She has a POWERFUL testimony and she realizes that it was only God who saved her, delivered her, and set her free from the decisions she had made for her life.
Tracy had all the odds stacked against her, being a young mother and a life filled with so much negativity. She went back to school and completed her high school diploma and proceeded to take college classes graduating with her degree in Early Childhood Education in 2005. She also completed certification courses in Accounting and Business Administration.; as she has multiple certifications in many different areas of education. Currently, she is enrolled in Christian World College of Theology.
Minister Tracy Palmer was licensed and ordained as a Minister of the Gospel under the leadership of Bishop Brian D. Moore, of Life Center Fellowship, in Charlotte, South Carolina and the Late Overseer Mark D. Harmon, of Dover, Delaware. She is an author of "Surviving with Purpose" and co-author of Amazon's best-selling book, "Girl, Get Up and Win". Tracy is the Founder of a youth mentor program that God gave her while she was going through chemotherapy, called "4G~Girls Gathering Glorifying God" and "Tracy's House of Hope, Inc." Both of these ministries service females from ages 8 -18 or 18-28 years of age. Tracy Palmer Ministries was the "2018 Outstanding Difference Maker Award" honoree. Tracy is featured in the September 2018 edition of Courageous Woman Magazine as one of the top 25 Women in Business. Her book "Surviving with Purpose" was also featured in the February 2019 edition of Courageous Woman magazine as a book to read. Min. Palmer served as the interim President for the Central Delaware NAACP in 2019 for a short period of time. In June of 2020 she completed the Master Life Coach program through Transformation Academy; which included Life Purpose Coach, Happiness Life Coach, Professional Life Coach, and Goal Success Life Coach.
One of Minister Palmer's favorite scriptures is Jeremiah 29:11, For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future". She says, it doesn't matter what you go through in life you can take comfort in knowing God already has a plan for us. We need to trust him even when we can't trace him, because she promised he would never leave; nor forsake us too.
